Refund policy

 

You may return or exchange an unsuitable product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you decide to exchange or return a product, please contact us by email at info@gymstar.lt.

In your email, please include:

• your order number,
• the product(s) you wish to return,
• the reason for the return.

Instructions on where to send your return package will be sent to you by email after you notify us of your return or exchange.

Please write your order number on the outside of the return parcel or include it inside the package.

Please do not send the return until you have received confirmation by email from the Gymstar.store administration.

A return or exchange is accepted only if the product:

• Has not been used, is in its original condition, and is in its original packaging.
• Is returned with all original components and accessories as received.
• Is securely packaged for return shipping.
