Refund policy

Products purchased in the online store gymstar.store may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Please inform us about the return by email at info@gymstar.lt.
In your message, you must indicate the order number, the products you wish to return, the reason for return, and the bank account number to which you would like the refund to be issued.

The buyer is responsible for organizing the return. Products can be returned using third-party delivery services by sending them to the Seller’s office address: Vaižganto g. 11D-10, Kaunas, Lithuania, LT-44225. The buyer must choose a shipping method that ensures the product is delivered to the Seller’s office.

Begin the return process only after receiving confirmation by email from the gymstar.lt administration.
We will respond to your return request within 3 business days.

You may return products for the following reasons:

• The product was damaged during transportation (you may refuse the product upon delivery by indicating the reason for refusal on the courier’s delivery note).

• You are not satisfied with the product’s color, size, or other characteristics.

• You received a different product than the one you ordered.

Conditions for returning products:

• The returned product must not have lost its commercial appearance, must be unused, and in its original packaging.

• The returned product must be in the same set/condition as it was received.

• The returned product must be securely packaged.
