Shipping policy
Products purchased at gymstar.store are delivered by Omniva or DPD couriers, or to parcel lockers of these carriers. Products are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
We cannot always guarantee that products will reach the customer within the indicated timeframe. In exceptional cases – such as when products are out of stock in the Seller’s warehouse, due to actions or errors of delivery service providers, logistics issues, or during holiday periods – delivery may be delayed. In such cases, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer and provide a new estimated delivery date.
Delivery fees:

For orders of €150.00 or more – delivery is free of charge for European countries.

For orders of less than €150.00 – delivery costs €8.90
If you entered incorrect delivery details or if they have changed, please inform us as soon as possible by email at info@gymstar.lt.
Damaged parcels:
If a parcel is damaged, you have the right to refuse it. The parcel’s condition must be checked before the courier leaves. If you accept the parcel, it is considered to have been delivered in good condition.
Undeliverable parcels:
If delivery is impossible due to reasons not attributable to the Seller (for example, the Buyer provided an incorrect address, did not collect the parcel at the agreed time with the courier, or failed to pick it up from the parcel terminal within the specified period), the parcel will not be resent, except when the Buyer requests redelivery, which may be subject to an additional fee. If the Buyer does not request redelivery, the Seller has the right to cancel the Agreement and refund the amount paid for the products, deducting bank charges applicable to the Seller for processing payments and the delivery costs.
